- Your system bios and Windows passwords.
- Driver / System CD’s if available

| Packaging |
| All collections or if you are posting to us should
have adequate packaging to survive the trip. 99% of laptops, Consoles
and PC’s make it here just fine, but not packaging in some bubble
wrap, foam or shredded paper in the box is just asking for trouble.
Improperly packaged collections will be refused and returned back
to yourself deeming them un-repairable. The Delivery charges will
not be refunded.s |
| Please ensure item is packaged in a suitable strong
box, internally there should be enough packaging supporting all sides,
top and bottom. |

- £29.99 INC VAT – We will arrange and collect
your item at a convenient time for you, Fully Diagnose fault, Contact
you with a Repair quote and timescale. If you do not want to go ahead
with the repair we will return your item.
POSTING
LAPTOP/PC/CONSOLE FOR FREE DIAGNOSIS & REPAIR ESTIMATE - £15
INC VAT - If you are sending in your item for our free diagnosis
service and after the fault has been diagnosed, you do not wish to
continue with the repair, you only need to pay £15.00 INC VAT
return postage.
LOCAL COLLECT
& DROP SERVICE (ROCHDALE POSTCODES ONLY) £10 INC VAT
- We will arrange and collect your item at a convenient time for you,
Fully Diagnose fault, Contact you with a Repair quote and timescale.
If you do not want to go ahead with the repair we will return your
item. If you go ahead with repair, we will then repair your item and
then drop it back to your collection or desired local address. |
